公司发展壮大,办公空间扩展延伸文/何珊 2003年9月20日随着公司的不断发展壮大,旧的办公空间已经满足不了需求,2001年9月,公司从玉景公寓搬入上地最新落成商务办公楼——上地国际创业园1604-1605室,公司的办公面积随之扩展到350平方米。然而不过短短的两年时间,公司的销售额番了5番,人员也随之增加,办公空间不足的问题再一次提上议事日程。2003年9月,公司成功将1601室纳入我们的旗下,至此16层三分之二的空间,成为思旺电子的办公领域,办公面积拓展到近600平方米。1605室成为我司研发中心,1604室属生产和库房专用,1601室则是公司市场、行政与财务的办公空间。公司的办公环境大大改善,员工的工作氛围空前活跃,工作效率大幅提高。作为一家留学生回国创办的IC设计公司,除了引进国外的先进技术,我们还吸收了海外成功的管理经验与办公方式。公司所有部门、人员之间的配合完全采用信息化的沟通手段——电子邮件来完成。这种方式使员工在工作中即时、便捷的了解事情的最新进展情况,提高了办事效率。从另一种意义上讲,则是延伸了我们的办公空间,即便出差在外,同样可以方便的处理公司的相关事务。发布于:2003.09.20阅读详情 >> -
