公司发展壮大，办公空间扩展延伸文/何珊 2003年9月20日随着公司的不断发展壮大，旧的办公空间已经满足不了需求，2001年9月，公司从玉景公寓搬入上地最新落成商务办公楼——上地国际创业园1604-1605室，公司的办公面积随之扩展到350平方米。然而不过短短的两年时间，公司的销售额番了5番，人员也随之增加，办公空间不足的问题再一次提上议事日程。2003年9月，公司成功将1601室纳入我们的旗下，至此16层三分之二的空间，成为思旺电子的办公领域，办公面积拓展到近600平方米。1605室成为我司研发中心，1604室属生产和库房专用，1601室则是公司市场、行政与财务的办公空间。公司的办公环境大大改善，员工的工作氛围空前活跃，工作效率大幅提高。作为一家留学生回国创办的IC设计公司，除了引进国外的先进技术，我们还吸收了海外成功的管理经验与办公方式。公司所有部门、人员之间的配合完全采用信息化的沟通手段——电子邮件来完成。这种方式使员工在工作中即时、便捷的了解事情的最新进展情况，提高了办事效率。从另一种意义上讲，则是延伸了我们的办公空间，即便出差在外，同样可以方便的处理公司的相关事务。

“集成电路设计研发专项资金”申请成功文/王建爱 2002年12月25日2002年2月，我公司向北京市经济委员会提交了项目《电压基准源系列产品产业化》的申请材料。同年8月，顺利通过项目评审及专家答辩。12月5日，该项目被正式立项，北京市经济委员会批复无偿资助40万元，12月25日资助资金一次性拨付到帐。
